A broker’s job is options, not a single answer.
Florida Palm Lending was built around a simple idea: South Florida’s borrowers — investors, international buyers, business owners — are often the ones a single bank is worst equipped to serve. Working across many lenders means finding the program built for the situation in front of us, not forcing one into a box it doesn’t fit.
Who we serve
Real estate investors scaling a rental portfolio. International buyers purchasing in South Florida without U.S. credit history. Self-employed business owners whose tax returns don’t tell the full story. Physicians early in their careers. Each has a program built around how they actually qualify — our job is matching the two.
Where we're based
Florida Palm Lending is headquartered in St. Petersburg, on Florida's Gulf Coast — not in the markets we focus on. That's deliberate: our lending relationships and program expertise are built around South Florida's investor and non-QM borrowers in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, and operating out of St. Petersburg lets us also serve clients across the Tampa Bay area without being tied to a single local market.
